Our goal is to build the worlds most cost effective and scalable entrepreneurship training program and train millons

YongDrive is back in Tororo, Uganda 2018/2019
After successfully finishing our first training in Tororo we decided to empower the youth with even more entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. Almost 5 000 young entrepreneurs received a our follow-up training which goes deeper into the areas of marketing, financial literacy, sales and scaling up a business.

YoungDrive expands to Zambia, Kabwe 2016/2017
When Josefina, the former YoungDrive Country manager in Uganda moved to Zambia she carried out the YoungDrive training in Kabwe, Zambia. During 2016/2017 she educated over 10 YoungDrive coaches. 300 youths participated and 170 finished the training.

YoungDrive expands to Tororo, Uganda 2015/2016
After a successful year in Kamuli, in 2015/2016 we moved on to Tororo in the eastern parts of Uganda. The project was carried out under the project A Working Future by PLAN International and our main local partner was Community Vision, helping us facilitating the training on site.

YoungDrive´s training continues in Kamuli, Uganda 2015
After finishing the first training in Kamuli we continued with our level 2 training, going deeper into the areas of marketing, financial literacy, sales and running a business. YoungDrive starts in Kamuli, Uganda 2014
YoungDrive´s first training helped 6000 youth in the rural area in Kamuli in Uganda to be successful entrepreneurs. The project was a part of A Working Future by PLAN International. Our main local partner was Community Vision, helping YoungDrive facilitating the training on site.

Pilot training in Gabarone, Botswana 2013
YoungDrive´s first project was located in Gabarone, Botswana. First carried out by Brita Kämpe and Hampus Engdahl with a planning grant from SIDA the concept was developed. After a successfull planning grant YoungDrive received monetary support from SIDA to do a pilot project, which was successfully led by Iliana Björling.
